Hey Carolyn, I just had a thought I am going to toss out there. I know of a couple of others that are looking to get their AOW this summer... If I can get a package together, that's well priced, would you be interested in doing it while down in the Keys?

I just got a pm from George/Quickenuff - so I thought I'd clarify... Anyone who is keen to get their AOW/Nitrox while we are on this trip - let me know and I will see if I can't get a package deal for ya. Figure - why not you'll be doin' the dives anyway. Like I said, it was just an idea that popped in my head. Furthering training is always a good idea.

But it is about the fish & corals for me too...

Maybe it is time to change that. Catch a dive with someone more experienced as a buddy and go a bit deeper? :cool2:

End of March and April looks good to me. The water will be a bit warmer

Tara and I should be AOW by April. I'm going to pick up the course work tomorrow.

We actually would like to do a week there in April. Can anyone recommend a place to look for some decent packages?

This sounds like a lot of fun! As usual, my schedule is up in the air, but April might work. I have a snorkeling buddy who may want to go on a shallower site or two. I'm AOW/Rescue/Nitrox certified and may need tanks. Anyone know of places to stay where we could the bring dogs, in case my buddy decides to stay top-side?

OD - Becky will probably be popping back in here and that is the girl that knows all about the Keys. DebbyDiver is another that is up on the dog places since she likes to bring her pups with her. So if Beck doesn't know, I will ask Debby.
