I bought the tool after doing a few rebuilds without it, so much easier. They haven’t killed me yet.
Are yours the newer gen? Or did you get the upgrade kits like me?

are the older death swivels, still have the 180° set screw, I haven’t looked into the upgrade.

If you run a conventioal primary on a 26-30 inch hose over the right shoulder and an octopus on a 36/40 under the arm then a ball swivel (Omni brand genuine) or a ball swivel integrated into the hose in the OPs first post can be useful and along with a 90 degree on the octopus.

If rigging long hose primary, under the shoulder on a 40 inches hose a 90/110 degree elbow swivel will be needed for the primary and the secondary over the shoulder on a 22/24 inches hose needs no swivel.

If you are rigging long hose primary with a 60 or a 72 inches hose then no swivel is needed for either regulator (IMO).
