Several years ago, I had a Sherwood Maximus Reg. It had a (factory installed) swivel on the second stage and the hose was routed under my right arm. It was an incredibly comfortable reg.
I still dive mine.

I refused to use them for decades, for just the reason @rob.mwpropane cited above.
But with OmniSwivel's model 2 and its locking hex now mounted at right angles to the swivel shaft, which fits into a land in the shaft, you have a virtual guarantee that the swivel will not separate.

your link is for fixed 90 and nothing to do with allen key servicable ball joints...DGX 90 Degree LP 2nd Stage Swivel: 9/16-Inch M = 9/16-Inch F
I find these are the best. Can be serviced using an Allen key and some silicone grease. (90 degrees on the primary, 70 degrees on the back up (providing the back up is on a necklace, and you are using a long hose configuration.)
