Yeah I just mean if you change it every year it'll never get flat enough to give a warning.
That is the hope. Dive in very cold water or 10 dives a week, even a good battery won't last a year.
 
Ok do no dives at all but leave your tank on 24/7 and it won't last a year either lol
I should have said under normal circumstances :)

Nope. Both the Swift & the grey/yellow transmitter use the same frequency, so can be read by any of the compatible computers.

The grey/yellow transmitters have a fixed transmit interval. The Swift can vary. So, essentially what will happen is that the Swift will "hear" the transmission of the other transmitter and will then send it's data when the other transmitter is quiet. This should ensure that neither steps on the other's transmission, so the computer will be receive each transmission clearly.
