Hi All,

After some advice re ascension rates

My d6i Seems to constantly be giving me ascension rate penalties at the moment, only 1 min. I'm not ascending any faster than my buddies, who are not getting penalties.. It never used to do it previously.

Are the D6is known for this at all, or could it be an issue?

Two things come to mind.

1. The battery is low, even if the display says otherwise.
2. The pressure sensor is failing. Suunto have had problems in the past.

I use Suunto EON Steel Black and a Gekko (on its 3rd battery), without pressure issues.
Okay thanks, I replaced the battery a couple of months ago so shouldn't be that.

Wondering if anyone else has had similar issues.
