D1V3R:I've never dove with a hooka, how deep can you go before you begin having trouble breathing through the long hose?
Most of the "hooka" rigs out there use a fairly low pressure compressor to reduce energy use and stress on the equipment. Typical IP will be about 40-50 psig at the surface.
They use second stage regulators designed for the lower IP and work well to something like 80 FSW or so.
Generally the mfg will give a depth rating for one diver that is deeper than the rating for two or more divers. This is because the compressor can maintain a higher pressure at lower CFM demand.
