My PayPal account was charged twice for the same month. It may be I did something wrong when I first set it up, but either way I need some help getting it fixed. I sent a PM and an email but have not received a response yet.

Hope someone responds.

NetDoc is currently away and thus unable to return your PMs. Unfortunately I do not have access to reverse your paypal charges myself but you should. Simply go in and cancel the duplicate payment and it will be returned to you all through the paypal system!

The only way I can see how to do this is disputing the charge with PayPal. I don't want to do this as frankly I could care less about the $3 and just want to make sure I don't have the same problem next month. You can just keep the money and apply it to next months fee. Either way I will just wait till NetDoc is back.
