Glad you got taken care of, Mike. Lube that O-ring and the area it rolls across in the housing every time. Don't leave it in the tank more than a few minutes. Double check that the cover is pushed all the way in and the little tabs are popped all the way out every time. Hope it holds up for you. I can't understand why they don't double o-ring that battery door. They'd save a bunch of money on returns.
 
My G-Flash flooded on me after aprox 15 dives.
I never had problems with it otherwise. It fired the flash every time.
I'd extend the arm tho, if I get it repaired... Bought it in Singapore, so it's rather messy to send it back under waranty replacement.
