ChrisM:
No, Starlight's the one where the once sandy cove has dropped away into oblivion, leaving the sailboat to slide down the slope.

Africa Point was where the leopards were, just west of their breeding grounds at the Isthmus.

And the pics all sucked. Apparently I have forgotten everything I ever learned....
The sailboat is gone? Bummer! That was a really nice dive, when I was there last year in July on a Mo2vation dive off the Magician. :(

I didn't say it was gone...I said we couldn't find it!! Christian was chief navigator that day! :D

If you're talking about Headhunter, that's pretty ironic. He was the one with me last time I dove that site! I can't recall who was leading, however.

Yep that's the guy! ;) The sand was lovely though!! he he...

Good, haven't been on it in a long time but that was a nice easy wreck for the new folks to get on.

No, it's still there. You have to look close to see it's a sailboat now rather than a kelp covered reef, though. I visited the first time about 2 months after the landslide, still looked like a boat then. There's really not much to see now.

FTR, in my original post I meant to say Sundiver rocks even wen Ray is NOT captaining, we had Ken on board. He dropped anchor, said go to 46 feet and go east from the anchor line. That's what we did, and we were on the sailboat within 3 minutes.

I can understand that... it was getting pretty overgrown last time I saw it in July 2006. Still very sailboat-y, however.
