how soon does the water temp getting back up to about 65 degrees. I want to plan another trip and want to plan it as early into spring I can because pre wedding stuff to pay for and also won't have time. Is Sarges dive shop a good place to keep updated on water temp or does he open early summer only?

The US Army Corps of Engineers, and I think you already have information on them. The WVDNR also updates a page weekely with outflow temps and fishing conditions. This page may be helpful for you:

Sarge's is not usually open that early and they have scaled back their services to divers quite a lot.

thanks again for your reply and webpage. When I stopped by to ask Sarge or whoever it is at the dive shop they were real Asshats about any info I was asking. I think he was pissed that I was using my zodiac instead his services to get to the dive spot!
