i changed my mind, after Panglao we are off to Malaspascua. Dumaguete will have to wait until next year. I booked us into Ocean Vida. Ocean Vida looks to be associated with Sea Explorers. How are they to dive with? They are very expensive expensive running at 1500 to 1638 per dive.
