Every time I post some "dive industry news", somebody points to me another place on Scubaboard where the news was already posted. I guess I am not too good at using "search" on here, or I don't spend enough time here... I don't know! Either way, here's one I haven't seen posted anywhere else.

Another consolidation event in the dive industry:

Brownie’s Marine Group Completes Acquisition of Submersible Systems, Inc

I have been thinking and writing about "tankless" (surface-supplied air) diving, lately... So, I track the evolution of Brownies, Snuba, and others.

Submersible Systems (SpareAir) had revenues of U$1.8M before the pandemic.
 
At the conclusion of a Blu3 Nomad video is a spare air being utilized as a backup to the hookah system. I thought it strange in terms of its placement. Now I know why.
