Sub forum creation

I was hoping someone could instruct me how to create a sub forum? I wanted to make a sub forum in the Location section under, United States, East coast, MD>VA>NC divers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can't just add a forum as a user option. Where exactly would we be missing a forum? Or is this for a dive club?

I was hoping to add a forum for MD, VA, and NC divers. If the southestern states forum is the best option, no worries. I just wanted to narrow the apature just a little. Thank you.

There are forums for that region. Under mid atlantic. South Eastern United States - ScubaBoard
