I've never done a SI in very(cold, but not unbearable) cold conditions after diving wet, but I would figure that the same rules apply to keeping warm under any circumstances. Dry off as much as possible, wear layers of clothing(thinsulate-like garments that keep mountain climbers warm would work) and wear a hat. Not your favorite ballcap, but knit/wool cap or maybe some synthetic cap from EMS or REI. Remember, most of your body's heat is lost out your uncovered head. I'm sure the hot water would work. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I'm getting cold and miserable just thinking about it.
