I'm having steamed veggies for dinner with a little chicken to get a jump start tonight.
I also found these ice cream sandwiches that are called Skinny Cows. They are only 130 calories, and give you the feeling that you had dessert!
 
Making it an international lossing weight program! I weighed myself last week at my parents and I am the heaviest I've ever been! Very depressing!!! Don't want to diet really - just cut out the things I'm addicted to - CHOCOLATE!

I'll give it a go!!!

Color me there.. I've worked real hard over the last month to change my diet and add in some stuff that was missing as well as making the time to go to the gym for a few hours a week to keep my shoulder in shape. Weighed in at a zippy 221# yesterday, which is 4# lighter than 3 weeks ago. Anyone interested in what I'm doing, I'll be more than happy to share.

Well, all I know is I would be happy to lose some weight. I am thinking of trying the South Beach diet. My sister has been on it for several weeks now, and has lost about 15#.
South Beach works and it's a lifestyle change......JK
 
Hey, I'm in too! I've recently discovered that I weigh more than I ever have and am concerned about the wetsuit fitting. I have already started walking on the treadmill daily (well almost daily) and trying to slowly modify my diet. I might try a specific diet for a couple of weeks just to jump start.

Just one suggestion to your great idea. Weigh in on another day than Monday. Most people do eat more on the weekends, so one gets a more accurate weight later in the week. For example, I weigh in on Tuesdays, and have checked to prove at least to me that there can be a 2# difference.
