Through Aquatic Escapes dive shop in londonderry, NH. Aquatic Escapes
I've signed up and we need two more.
This trip is from August 10 - 14th, 2011 Warm air, warm water.
For those who haven't been with us yet, this is a neat trip! Wreck after wreck - nothing like diving on the big cargo ships that sailed the rivers. Really, really cool diving!! You're in fresh water, so no rinsing gear.
The boat is docked right at The Ledges Resort, so you're not packing up every day. The hotel is a decent one. It has a BBQ on site, so we usually bring some quick food to cook for lunch. There are all kinds of resturants nearby (walking distance too) for dinner.
This is a great, affordable trip - no bells and whistles - just good diving with good company.
This trip will be best for the following certification levels:
Advanced Open Water Certified
Rec-Tech
We will arrive Wednesday, 8/10 - dive Thurs, Fri, Sat. and come home Sunday 8/13. We are staying at the Ledges Motel & Marina (NY) and dive with Finger Lakes Scuba - both located on the same property.
The rates are as follows:
Motel - $405.35w/tax per room based on double occ. (don't worry, plenty of people to share with). Included are refrigerator, microwave and continental breakfast.
Dive - $65. /two tank dive per person.
So, sharing a room with continental breakfast and diving two tanks in the morning, two tanks in the afternoon (diving three days) is going to be about $793.00. Lunch, dinner (we usually grill on the premises to reduce this cost) and customary gratuity are not included in this price.
