Lucky timing for us as we will be heading into the area from Nashville to take a cruise out of Mobile on 5/2.

Would like to do St. Andrews and the offshore trip, however it looks like both are being done on Saturday.

What's the tide look like for St. Andrews on Sunday? Anyone thinking about diving offshore Sunday?

Not too many will be awake to make that time of the morning. The park doesn't open till 8:00. You would need to have a camp site or annual pass in order to gain access before then. You want to be in the water around 7:30AM.

Sunday is usually a slow moving day, followed by Breakfast and packing, but I usually dive at Vortex or Morrison's to rinse my gear before packing it up.

I've dove it during dredge operations, it depends where they are in the pass, but you have offshore charters and several springs to choose from if you don't want to risk it.

Anyone want to make the trip over to Merritts Mill Pond and do some dives out there? I'll be able to dive doubles at 1/6th ^_^

The only written rule is in Chapter 1 Paragraph 1 line 1. "Folks from Fairhope must bring Robertsdale Sausage for the grill." Other than that there are no more requirements until another one needs to be made up.....
