This guy was lucky the spear did not enter his chest, neck or head. Best way to avoid this injury is not to dive with someone who hunts and to stay way away from hunters.

Yeah, and the best way of avoiding the the most likely accident while going for a nice afternoon scuba dive is to not get into your car..
Sure, theres ways to reduce risk in whatever activity you partake in, but suggesting to people who like to do them to avoid it completely is just not very constructive.
