I’ve tried the codes and the discount doesn’t work. Is it normal to have to enter your mother’s maiden name and all your banking info? Grrrrr

Man .. it’s becoming a real denial of service attack on the platform,

Temporarily block new user signons?
Limit number of new posts for new users?

I'm reporting the profiles now instead of the posts.
That really is not easier for us to deal with. However, only report one of their posts. We'll see the others, I promise. I have added their name to the censored list. They came up with an alternate spelling, and I added that too.

I find it helpful and much prefer it to the reporting of whole posts.

Do you have the facility to delete a member's posts all at once instead of going one by one? I reported the account because I thought that you could just click a button, and all of their posts would be deleted. Some of these accounts had over 20 spam posts.

And often cleaning one name brings up others. This morning, I re-cleaned some names, not because that was nnecessary but because in a couple of cases, that action popped up 1-3, new spammer names and I could clean them on the spot.

We have a spam cleaner button. It cleans all their messages, blocks their IP, and reports their email, IP, and username to stop forum spam. We do that with only one click while on any of their posts.

Again, please just report one of their posts, not all 468 of them. In fact, do us a big favor, and reply to their thread "Reported" when you do, so that EVERYONE knows it's been done. Multiple reports actually slow us up as we investigate each and every report.
