Thanks @Modi I think that is good information for @Open Ocean Diver to forward to his machinist.@couv The point-to-point dimension on my nut is 0.7860". This will clear the exhaust tee. However, I couldn't slip a 0.010 feeler gauge between the nut and tee. You **MIGHT** be able to slip a 0.005 but it would be very close.

The largest feeler gauge I can slip between the nut and the exhaust tee is .018". So, you could go .036" larger (.018 each side of the nut). This leaves very little margin for error though. I would stick with .743", which leaves a few thousandths for a 3/4" (.750) wrench. My .02.
