I am new to diving but have been involved in aviation all my life, and was wondering of any neat aviation wrecks in southern california. Also what are the rules, as a new open water diver how close to the wreck am i able to go, this question also pretains to any type of wrecks out there

dont go in side the wrecks inless you get extra traing to do that
