Solo Diving OK @ Mala Wharf?

Here in Laguna, CA, divers can get cited for going solo thanks to a city ordinance.

What's the story in Lahaina? Is solo diving okay? I'm aware of the dive flag and south entry requirements.

No idea....but I'll be there diving with my wife in a month

Of course that doesn't help you, but it's good to ask because Maui county has a few strange rules.
