Jeez, Tevis... if I'M a celebrity, where are my female groupies?

Well, I just signed up for this trip along with one of my regular dive buddies Gerry. It's my first official Scubaboard trip. And I just gotta publicly say that I couldn't feel more welcomed by the emails and the phone call I got this afternoon from Tevis. I think if there was an enthusiasm meter, you sir would have it pegged in the red. This is my first adventure to Farnsworth and I'm looking forward to meeting all of you.

:beerchug:
Kevin

PS I'm also celebrating my 200th dive on this trip - yipee

Dear Kevin:

I am just a curmudgeon! You are the light that brightened everything up. Thanks for making my day, and further. . .like I shared, I am underpromising and overdelivering! You dream it, and we will do our best to pamper you.

do you deserve anything less for your hard earned cash?

Folks the charter is full because of you! I am so grateful!

We will now accept waitlistings from you, and know this, email me at archangel@barefootblue.com or ping me here! With the wonderful response we have received, there will be more boats to great desinations here in our the Pacific Ocean!

Take care all, the So Cal Dive community ROCKS!

You scared them all off with those vampire teeth of yours! DUH!

But, Laurel, they make for interesting conversation on nights of the full moon.

Tevis, due to winds, swell, rain (and even snow at Catalina's Airport) yesterday, we had to slip around to dive the backside of the island. It was like night and day... calm and sunny (but still "cold") over there. Hope you have great conditions on the 20th!

Thanks much Bill for the report! All, dove Vets last night, 53 degrees at the surface, brrrrr!

Are we hardcore So Cal divers or what?

T

53 degrees at the surface? Yikes. At least our tempers were in the 56-59 degree range on the three dives yesterday. Admittedly I didn't go deep (deepest dive was just over 50 ft), but even at my maximum diving depth I've never gone below 50 degrees... and only once below that (48) on the Valiant during an upwelling.

you know, the tropics do start sounding might nice about now!

PS tempers? That should be temperatures!

No wonder you were able to dive in the old holely wetsuit of yours for so long... :rofl3:

Tevis... I vote warm water trip soon... reealllllyyyy really soon!

Laurel, I here you loud and clear! Brrr again Bill, you are hardcore of the hardcore-est!

Praying for the sun to come out and get a little closer to the earth for Saturday, gotta pamper my clientele!

Doin' massages with mittens,

Tevis
