I thought about posting it in the Tech section, but felt it might get more exposure here. Some of the regulators get a little touchy about cross posting, perhaps one of them will answer your question?
Actually, I'm not even going to ask. That was a joke for the people who've been following the BC v. BP and Computer debates.
