Was in Coz in January
Bonaire in May
Trying to get out to Wakatobi September-ish
Probably another trip Nov.-Dec. ish to who knows where...

I've been on the 3-4 trip/year plan for a while...

Had it in my mind to do the world tour when I got to the magic 5-0. Still conceptualizing and making a loose plan. Life begins at 50! (ha)...

Great schedule daniel!!!!!! Have a blast!

CN

March and April - staying local
May - N. Florida (gotta check on the house in Marianna)
June - San Carlos, Mexico
July - staying local
August - maybe a trip to NJ to see family and get some wreck dives in
end of August - might be heading to N. Florida for 4 months!
If it works out this way, we'll be hitting every cave system we can along with a couple of long weekend trips to Ft. Lauderdale and the Keys. If it doesn't, we'll be in N. Florida for a few weeks around DEMA. Unfortunately, we won't know one way or another until June.

Daniel, let me know if you plan on heading over to Marianna while you're in N. Florida.

Can you to adopt me?:blinking:

If you did travel nursing, you wouldn't need us to adopt you... :D

Definitely not as exciting as some people's plans, but we're excited about it.

June/July: 2 weeks on the Nekton Pilot to NW Bahamas and Cay Sal Bank
December: 1 week on Maui

For training, we just did our Rescue class and Nitrox, but are thinking of maybe doing UW Digital Photography on the Pilot. Talked about doing a Deep class too, but both will depend on who is instructing on the liveaboard.

April -- Cave training in Mexico
June -- USS Monitor
July -- Empress of Ireland
Sept -- Gunilda trip (Lkae Superior)

Lots of Lake MI and Huron wrecks in between

Well, I'm turning 50, and fighting it all the way. I have been planning this for three years, and I just sold my boat to pay for it. In 2008, I go back to work...
Way to go Daniel ... age milestones are always a good excuse to celebrate living. I did something like that when I turned 40 ... but it involved traversing the continental US and Canada being a ski bum for about 18 weeks. Coincidentally, I sold a boat to help finance it as well. Grateful memories ... have always been glad I did it.

My dive schedule for this year looks something like this ...

- Cozumel in three weeks (same trip Lynne's on)
- Nanaimo (Vancouver Island) trip in April
- SoCal trip in June
- San Juan Islands in August
- coupla hundred or so local dives

No autumn trip for me this year ... gotta save up vacation time for our "big" trip to Indonesia next March. We'll be doing three weeks in Bali, Sulawesi and Komodo ... celebrating Cheng's 60th birthday in Tulamben.

... Bob (Grateful Diver)
