Yes. I'm thinking of being on a mostly open boat all day, where there's no way to get warm once you're cold. If you can get into a building and warm up, then I daresay you can dive again. I was merely relating my experience on inshore dive boats around the UK.
Don't forget that when you get cold your propensity for DCS greatly increases. With British diving, which is mostly quite cold and arduous, that becomes a significant factor.
