Why would not use an Octo/Inflator for doubles? Arne't you already redundent with doubles?
 
There wouldnt be any redundancy with the air two , the RT post has the primary and inflater , left post has the SPG and octo. The system is set up that if you lose one post you only lose two functions. With the air2 setup you would lose 3 functions from one side and two from the other. The normal way is a great balance.
