Hmm my mom has been asking me to take her snorkeling… and being a great son I say yes… I was wondering in casino point is that ok snorkeling??? Have not been there in a year so I have forgot shallow it is at spots.. any other good places?? Maybe just along the coast if it a nice spot?? The reason is why waste a trip to Catalina just snorkeling when I can dive while she snorkels and just stay in 10 feet of water…. I know it getting crowed up there so was wounding if it was an ok place to snorkel or just face the music and go snorkeling with here at the other cove in Catalina :06:

Emerald Bay is a great suggestion, but snorkeling Casino Point can be great with decent visibility. Also Lover's Cove if you stay out of the way of the glassbottom boats and semi-subs.
