Hank49:I sound pretty smart huh? Well, it's only the sound. I'm pretty in tune with chlorine because it's used in aquaculture for disinfecting water and washing tanks etc. So we had to nuetralize it or any residue will kill the algae and shrimp we try to grow. But, the tomato worked the best for getting the s**t smell off my shoes and my friend's bcd. (see my first post in this thread)
Caje:I take it you're a aquacultuelist eh?? Trying to grow some mutated tomato, alggetic shrimp. Try eaten a crawfish
Hank49:Another great disinfectant is the sun. Just set your bc out in the hot sun for a few hours and the smell will go away.
Caje:First thing, It's never to early
Second thing,I was with ya until you start talken about baking. The last thing that he needs is to cook that s**t into his gear.
quitzalcoatl:ahem, in my case it's not all about the chicks, kinda comes with being a (heterosexual) female and all.!
I apologize darlin, meant no offense, the chicks do dig it thought. Scuba board is like a box of chocalates, you never no what your biten into. Tea bag it in the pool thoughquitzalcoatl:ahem, in my case it's not all about the chicks, kinda comes with being a (heterosexual) female and all.
No Chlorine or tomatoes for my BCD, I'll get Sink the Stink imported. And no, diveshops here in the Netherlands don't have the bcd wash.
But thanks for all your info!
