I’m looking for a travel BCD
I love the Zeagle Express Tech. I've written about it often.

Dive Rite TravelPac is good for traveling

Fixed the thread title for you.

I have three family members using the Scubapro LiteHawk. Some of the older models had the plastic backpack, but the newer ones have no back pack at all. I tried one in a pool. This thing feels like nothing at all, dries super quick. They love them. Now if you want lots of snaps and buckles, integrated weights, etc maybe not for you. It will fit in less than half the space of most BCs.

Note you can add integrated weights, but I would honestly worry about the wear on the bc carrying it around with no rigid structure. We just took the standard pockets and inverted them to hold weights. This works up to about 8# of weight, otherwise you are either going to need a pocket system or wear a belt.

While I love integrated weights, pocket systems are bulky, and many hold water.

FWIW.
I have a litehawk. I inverted the pockets and usually carry 1kg in each and then .5 or 1kg in each of the back trim pockets. I dive mostly in tropical water in a rashguard or 3mm wetsuit. I took my rescue course here at home in colder water and a 7mm wetsuit and loaded it up with I think around 18lb of weight. I was able to dive ok with that setup but I don’t think it would be great for everyday diving.

I also added 2 utility pockets. One for a dsmb, the other I usually just keep empty and use for any trash I pick up. I bought it early on. It packs pretty well. I like it ok, but if I was going to do it over again I would probably go bp/w for the flexibility and I think it would also travel a bit smaller. I pretty much only dive in places I need to fly to.

I use a Scubapro Hydros for travelling and we see the majority of our guest using them also. Maybe it's a European thing? Anyway, super light and very comfortable. They also dry incredibly fast.

I used to use an Aqualung Zuma for travelling. While super light, and packs up really small, it's not so hard-wearing.
