Hi all,
I try to talk make a research for slogans for dive centers, I didn't find many dive centers use it. any helpful idea for a slogans and what about @fun and safety our responsibility@ how does that sound to you ?

So, if I am not having fun because I drank too much the night before and feel like pucking or, worse, panic and bolt to the surface from 30m while holding my breath would it be your responsibility too? Just asking.

I wouldn't sign up to the "safety" responsibility either. People might get the wrong impression...

It's a decent slogan but may cause you some difficult in the future, especially if dealing with American tourists who thing they are owed something. (Not all are like that but a certain percentage definitely fall into that category.)

That depends on Poland's legal system.

What are the chances of someone suing you or calling the police if they get hurt, when you promised them a safe dive?

Market research shows that a great number of people are attracted initially to diving because of the perception of it being a risky behavior.

Adventure Divers sells better than By The Book Dive School.

If I have a couple of million extra dollars when I retire, I'm going to open the "It's your dive" dive shop, with:
"Clean air fills, a boat that probably won't sink, and nothing else"

The pre-dive briefing will consist of "If you're back in the next hour and a half, the boat should still be here. Have a nice dive"

flots.

Thanks for the helpful answers, which lead me to have another question, since every dive center sing up the diver for liability release forms, the question is who is responsible for safety is 1- the dive center 2- the divemaster/instructor 3-the diver himself ???who promise the safety for the daily dive trip ???

If you're opening a place in Poland, you would need to talk to a Polish lawyer. I wouldn't even begin to guess how that works where you are.

In the US, everybody has to sign the release, but it's mostly meaningless. Anybody can be sued for anything or nothing, wheter they signed the release or not. It's not always successful, but it's always expensive.

Most (all?) dive shops carry insurance as protection from lawsuits.

who promise the safety for the daily dive trip ???

Nobody should be promising safety. No matter how well you run your business, someone can always get hurt and try to blame you for it, whether it's your fault or not.

Dang, if you were opening a funeral home I had one, "You stab em we slab em'..... but nuttin' for a dive shop

@fun and safety our responsibility*@

* fun and safety not really our responsibility, this is just a marketing slogan and is not legally binding
