We have decided to return this Saturday and do some more wetsuit diving before we are forced back into drysuits for the winter. :blinking:

Wow, really? When you have a perfectly good drysuit, you'd opt to dive wet???

heh, just kidding....this is coming from the hugest wuss when it comes to being cold (I dive a 7mm in Hawaii and I get cold after a couple dives!).

Have a great time! :D

Dave - You don't know how badly I wanna join Marian and you!!!!!!! It's killing me!!!!!!!!!

I'm totaly jealous! September is my favorite month on Catalina but I am landlocked in Nevada until the middle of October. I can't wait to get back home to Avalon Oct. 20. Have a great weekend.

Darn.............have another good weekend you guys. I was looking to get to Catalina on the 19th, (alas no go), but the GE just offered "the blue triangle" trip for Saturday the 26th and so I signed up. Take care.

For you WWWs that have to switch to dry suits during our winter months... you just need more natural insulation like I have (or a non-functioning nervous system which I may also possess). Wet is thew word, summer or winter (unless I get away to the Philippines and Red Sea this winter as I would like to).

Visibility has declined from the fantastic 60-80 ft we experienced for over a week. It is now about half that, but the way things are going you never know what we'll get by tomorrow... could be back up to 60 ft, or...
