Dive-rite also makes a similar pocket. The problem with it is it will slide on the harness if not somehow secured and also the velcro loosens up when your suit compresses and the pocket ends up swinging around your leg. It was a pain in the bootie.

I was OK with the leg attachment part, but for the time I used it as a detached thigh pocket, it was an inconvenient appendage to put on and take off.

What I ended up doing was removing the "suspender" part and running the backplate belt directly through the loops on the back of the pocket, i.e. the big fat pocket is in exactly the same place/role that the DIR folks put their light cannister. I'm pretty satisfied with this so far.
