Puleeze fool, at least get the stuff right, so tell us why you mixed Cressi with Mares??? and why you need a MARES MV with a "CRESSI ELLIPSE "?? Which is "balanced"?......you only left out about 2/3 of the info mation!!!.... and how much did you pay for each of them?or did they package it up for you? How did they ship it? Why did you go analogue rather than digital?

Well, tomb, I dare say that your account was just created and has but four posts, all in Silverstone threads. You have added no data to your profile, and you have not posted anything of value on ScubaBoard. It seems quite apparent, then, that you are a sockpuppet account created for no reason other than to attempt to heap scorn on the Silverstoners.

rumplesplitfins is in the same boat. Five posts, all only to deride Silverstone. It seems as if there is a feud between the Silverstoners and the anti-Silverstoners. Frankly, it appears that both sides are without redeeming value, and I would not be surprised to find that both sides are directly associated with the past or present of Silverstone.

Frankly, the site stinks. It's a pathetic attempt at a web store, and it deserves to be laughed out of existence unless drastic measures are taken (like paying someone to make it read better than something a remedial middle schooler with an attention deficit could have put together). The unsubstantiated attempts at making it look worse (or better) than it does at first glance are ridiculous and foolhardy, serving no purpose except to make a bunch of elsewise unused accounts look like bickering kids.

My advice is this:

To Silverstone, et al: Pull the site now. It's doing more harm than good to your credibility. ScubaBoarders aren't idiots. They're not going to buy from something that badly done. If in fact a new person were to stumble across it and post about their purchase, it will be assumed to be a blatant attempt at spamming or astroturfing and will only make you sink farther. You're in quicksand, so stop struggling and float a bit. Once you've got something worth showing, come back here and openly tell us it's new and that you want us to take a look at it, and we will. We're like that.

To anti-Silverstone, et al: Shut up. If you're real people who want to join ScubaBoard, come to the other forums and chat. Only then will we be able to believe that you're not just a bunch of feuding kids (ages irrelevant). As it stands, we already think the Silverstone site stinks, but we also think you're just as bad as they. Become real people, and if you have something to say, write it up in paragraph form and post an actual essay-style reply. "They stink!" 'No, *they* stink!' "No **they** stink, and their dad's an Olympic curler!" just makes you look like... well, like them. Of course, if you *are* real ScubaBoarders using disposable sockpuppet accounts for a vendetta, shame on you; you should know we're not idiots and that we don't take kindly to misguided attempts at manipulation.

Anyway, I don't believe for a minute that either group of you are smart enough to take advice, so I look forward to giving you what ridicule you request while maintaining the belief that all posters, no matter how idiotic on the surface, are human beings deserving of at least that modicum of respect. The fact is, I was taken advantage of by the wireless company, and I posted my story here, since I wanted to warn the friends I have made in person here on Scubaboard. I may be a new poster, so please forgive me for not posting elsewhere, but I put my story in the whine and cheeze, then noticed this story here. Don't blame me because the two happen to be related. I just shared my story of how this company took my money, and did not give me satisfaction, and now I can't call them because their phone number is disconnected. My only recourse is to voice my opinion here in the public forum. I will try harder to be a better scubaboard member in the future.

I’m just disgusted with SS for never replying to my e-mails in regards to his auctions of Cressi products on e-Bay; saw this thread and signed on putting in my 2 cents how the 3 shops of cell/scuba and names are related
