I thought i read that you have heat the neck tite ring to form it so it is more comfortable but cant semm to find it has anyone done this or know how

Not sure if you're still looking for the answer, but yes it can be formed to some degree, even just by use and hanging the drysuit. My suit is a CF200 so it's a bit on the heavy side. Just by hanging the suit by a hanger with the ring edges resting on the hanger, the ring has naturally bent to about the same degree as is shown on Dive Right In Scuba's site in their picture comparing the bend in the Quick Neck vs Neck Tite. I haven't tried heating it to bend it further though.

You heat it up on a piece-of-PVC form, then let it cool before before you install it.
