Hi,
Are all drysuit shoulder dump valves created equal. I have a dui cf200 wich I bought used and absolutley love. However, I sometimes (fairly often) get a lot of water through the shoulder dump valve. I don't now what brand it is, but it doesn't seem to be an apeks valve (my inflator valve is Apeks) I dive with it completley open, however, I still think there might be to much water coming in. Would changing it do anything?

I don't get any water through mine. I'm not sure what would cause your vents to leak. Maybe they degrade with with age. You could always call the manufacturer.

absolutely not.

of course you do. DUI made terribile agreements with Apeks ( the worst maker of drysuit valves in the history of human-kind ) but because DUI is incredibly expensive you're supposed to think that this is perfectly acceptable.....

Swap them out with Sci-tek valves. They're cheaper and water tight....
