I don't think the position of the dump valve is the problem since it works really well with the 250gsm undersuit... I might try tying an elastic around that area of the arm next time. Maybe the bulky undersuit does block the dump valve a bit

I’ve put duct tape on the sleeve under the valve to keep puffy fabric from blocking the exhaust.
