Figuring the OP is a troll, I'll skip reading all replies and just say put a foldable one in your BC pocket if you want, get the best of both worlds, and stop taking up internet space.....
My take aways- I will use it for now as I’m a beginner. I have a hard one that isn’t really a pain so far. I will get a collapsible one for my pocket further down the line just in case as that sounds like a good idea. I’m a firm believer in having something in case rather than not at all. That’s with everything I do in life. It won’t take up much room and the ones in training were soft and easy to stash I believe.
I did swim on my back during that last dive so didn’t use the snorkel but that won’t always be the case I’m sure. If there’s a a longer swim involved, I’ll do it face down as I want to see what’s below me for obvious reasons.
Collapsible snorkels don't work
Just like the title says, do I wear one or not? Thanks so much all and HNY
