...Would you say its worth the dive? ....

I've dove it a few year's ago. We check it for bugs sometimes. But usually empty. It's too far from the inlet for them to walk that far in a freshwater dump/push.

IMHO, that's too far to kick for a shore dive. It would be like hitting the 3rd line in Pompano from sand. The way our currents hug WPB and then curve outward towards the Jup inlet, even in a yak you could find yourself in trouble quick. Each morning those rock pile are always hit by 10-15 boats cast netting for live bait since it can be loaded up. If you dive in the middle of them, expect a net toss and they don't like divers. In the afternoon, you'll get some shark action as they come off the pier on a slow day to investigate you. The 3rd week of October you'll get a mullet run there and sometime the stingray's will hug the shoreline with them and trail a few cobes. If the water is clear, you'll see everything from a yak and can try to jump in with them.

Also since you'll probably ask after viewing the inlet cam over and over. Those dark patches in the shallow water right down infront of the inlet cam are grass weeds not rocks. Lots of people try to dive them and thinking they are rocks.

For other Jup shore dives, you can try Blowing rocks but viz is hit and miss. Sometimes its loaded and other times it's a ghost town. Depending on the day and conditons, you might also take a look at the Andrew Red Harris reef line which is about that same distance out as the Juno rocks, but calmer currents. Really great artificial and getting more and more loaded up with all types of fish as it coral overs.

I've even dove the Tequesta Bridge. It's free, easy, shallow and some fun photography without the crowds of BHB. Dive at High tide and no spearing there.

Jupiter is more known for monster sized fish offshore and not so much for shore diving.
