Thanks! No prob with the shaft, a two-flute carbide end mill will make short work of a new hole.

A dip in molten nitrate/nitrite should hot blue it back into shape. Really hard steel browns. I know the color. A slightly smaller flopper would be nice, though.

As for the tri-cut, every shot will be backed by granite. Conical tip and frequent redressing are the order of the day.
