Petrel Bungee Mount - Pattaya Technical & Cave Divers
I do not use a continuous piece of bungee like the above examples and prefer two independent bungee loops. The picture below is very close to my set up, except my knots are facing out so that I can tighten the straps around my arm no matter what type of suit I am wearing.

Also, I have an Trilobite on my bungee straps which I find very useful.

No video, but what I did was remove the straps and simply thread some 1" webbing through the slots. I used a soldering iron to burn holes in the webbing on each side. I put 8mm through the webbing. Very simple and effective.
