Any one know where I can get the front rubber cover for an Aqualung Legend Supreme ACD 2nd stage...Where the metal emblem "Legend" fits in ??...Reg works fine but the rubber under the gold metal ring is torn....Thanks...PM me....

This was an issue with the earlier Legends. With hard purge use, the metal emblem would cut into and tear the soft plastic. There was never a recall, but in later Legends, the faceplate was redesigned to eliminate the metal emblem and the problem.

I never had a problem with my metal emblem cutting into my front soft plastic.

of course I never push on it also. (or rarely do).


If it's an issue, just pull off the metal emblem. It's just cosmetic anyway.

BTW, on a more serious note. I would not hesitate to repair that tear with an appropriate adhesive. One that will stay flexible after it is set would be best. If it is rubber, neoprene wetsuit cement should do the job.
