I suggest a little tank air to dry part #1 and the rest just need to be dry enough to handle. Don't use anything that may shed dirt or threads. A towel would be fine to set them on while you assemble.
 
Un-diluted Simple Green is a good all around cleaner for metal, plastic and rubber parts.

Where can I find it online?
Because they dont import it to my country so I will have to bring it myself... I need some bottles for O2 cleaning some regs, and tanks in the near future...
