Recently I bought a sensorcon CO monitor. The day it arrived, it read zero in my house, and 5ppm from my pony tank - I was quite pleased to see it working!
Two weeks later, I'm on a dive trip and it reads 30-50 ppm in the room, on the beach, at sea etc.
After some troubleshooting I think that it might something in my save-a-dive box that's causing it. Taking it out of the box overnight made it drop to ~5ppm.
My box contains a bunch of stuff like. Bungee cord, zipties, orings, cave line, mouthpiece, tools (scissors/wrench/multitool), silicone lube, sharpie, spray bandage, iodine, bandaid, panadol.
Which of these is most likely to cause the erratic reading?
