I just bought this Camaro semi-dry suit online and am now in the market for a hood. I realise that semi-dry suits are just wetsuits that are slightly less wet, but I was wondering if a bibbed hood would compromise the neck seal enough to let in enough water to cancel out any benefits the suit has over a standard wetsuit? Is a drysuit style hood is more the way to go with semi-dry?

Also, what about boots? Anything special required there? I've seen semi-dry gloves but I can't imagine there's too much point to them, considering gloves slip over the sleeves.

Any help is appreciated.
