Do you get to dive or is it just mostly information only??

Last year I took the family to seaworld and I personally signed up for the Shark Interaction program. Got to snorkel in a cage while they fed dead squid to the sharks on the other side of the bars. Was really cool even though it wasnt really diving with the sharks. Especially since i've never been in the ocean....yet. :)

No diving but if you check out the website they have got everything else. Seminars, film festival, silent auctioin, vendor booths, prizes, prizes, prizes. If you have ever wondered about a piece of equipment or a dive destination they have the answers. It's fun and informative.

Me, my wife, and a few friends are caravaning down and staying for the weekend.

Heard random dive shop gossip about major exhibitors pulling out of SeaSpace this year. That is all... :06:

Hello Parrtheaddiver,

I will be at Seaspace working with Lydia Locke on seminars and workshops. Maybe, I can meet up with you and Dee and have lunch on Saturday.

Sounds good. Natasha said she would join us as well.

Noted comment about major exhibitors pulling out of seaspace this year. As you may know DEMA is in Houston this year. Although DEMA is not open to public(trade only), many exhibitors feel one trip to Houston per year is enough, although DEMA and Seaspace are directed at a different crowd. These comments came from Executive Director of Seaspace. This is a reason # of exhibitors are down.
