There was an instructor in Arlington that sent in an outline for a Texas Diver Certification for approval to PADI some years ago. We have that outline. We are also trying to get in contact with said instructor to see if we can use it. There are several different dives in various parts of the state that you must complete in order to qualify. PADI calls it a "distinctive specialty". They will make up cards with the name of the certification on it. Will post more for those interested real soon. Y'all come back now y'all here?! Yee Haaaa!

Debra, is there any update? Can I do anything to help move the proposal? I know this is your busy season. (Although I'm not a dive instructor, I could use my technical authoring skills to help document the certification.)
