Alright, you know how everyone's always asking how you store your equipment? And you know how sometimes there are threads of pics of people's bedrooms? Lets combine those two ideas. Show us where your scuba equipment sleeps at night! If you were really bored, you could show us how he/she gets to the dive site, how he/she keeps up with basic hygeine, etc. Let the world see the corner you throw your wet gear in (where you undoubtably let it sit for a month until you dive again without ever even rinsing) or the small mansion you built in the backyard just to accomadate YOUR equipment, not to mention the equipment of your significant other.

You can host pictures on scubaboard I believe, otherwise
www.imageshack.us is a good site, and theres; always

Be afraid, be very afraid..... we regularly can't find the cat through all the sporting goods piled on the main floor.

my equipment sleeps in various places in the house, fins, mask snorkel, booties, in my closet or around that area, bc, reg, wetsuit in a bag on the floor, weight belt is out in the garage. i really should get organized lol

This could easily become an X rated thread as my equipment sleeps around a lot and depending on who controls the rum tote I may or may not immediately know where to find it in the morning. Right now the nitrox tanks are in the truck, the air tanks are in the garage, the wet 5 MM farmer john is drying in the guest bath, there’s a BCD hanging in the porch next to the pool, my wife’s gear is in the living room, and my computer is curled up next to the file server waiting to be downloaded.

all my gear sleep in my 12x6 dive trailer for fast responce since im a diver for the fire dep. but i think it sleeps beter them i do lol

Most of the time it sleeps on my LDS' dive boat. However, I don't.

:D Mine has successfully supplanted the kids...they've moved out...the gear's moved in. When they come "visiting" (not "home"...their home is now Baltimore or Dayton) they've learned to share the closet. A concept that's taken years to cultivate.

In the garage by summer and the basement by winter. It should all be downstairs by the end of this weekend in fact.

In the summer rinsing outdoors is nice and care free. Backing up to the garge door to load from a few feet away is a snap.

Now that it's getting cold rinsing in the basement is a welcome relief but getting it up and down the steps is more of a chore. During the cold months my wife does not dive so at least I'm only lugging for one after this weekend. That's not entirely true since when she dives she's right there loading, unloading and rinsing gear.

Just before I pulled out to get underway again (US Navy) I had 6 sets of fins on the living room floor, one backplate and wing on the wife's fav chair, one BC blocking a book shelf, 2 wet suits hanging in the hallway a stack of regs in the guest bed, 2 sets of fins, 2 masks, lead, and 2 sets of gloves on the porch, and a bag of "others" in the dinning room, and soft weights on the side of the tub. A freak'n mess. We don't get much company LOL/ It is all stowed in the port helo hanger on my ship now. Well most of it is. Till Sunday at least, I'm diving Okinawa!

mmm, must be a woman thing, I am super organised, my wetsuit is on a hanger, the fins hang over the top of the hanger and the gloves and booties share the fins bag.
My mask, snorkle, reg and BC are stowed in a kit box on wheels along with my towel, sun cream, flip flops and bikini. In the kit box there is another bag that contains a log book, wetsuit shampoo, and soft weights in case.
Besides that there is moisturier, hand cream and serum for dry hair (protects from salt water)
