It has been (3) weeks and shop has no luck getting the warraty parts from Scubapro, however via e-mail (I did see these e-mails personally and can provide you the Scubapro employees' names) Scubapro has acknowledge the warranty issue that they were unable to import any warranty database prior to 2003. So if you have Scubapro gear after 2003, no problem, otherwise you have to work with the local dive shop to re-register your equipment one more time printing out and filling out the PDF form from their web page and hope that the dive store will do that for you (especially if you don't have the original receipts) also hope that the store has the time to waste getting you re-register. There is a significant number of loyal Scubapro customers in Monterey, CA who have purchased regs well before 2003.
