Congratulations - you have an excellent piece of kit that I'm sure will give you years of solid performance and enjoyment. The A700 is a little heavier but you won't really notice it when you're diving.
 
I have a few scubapro sets Mk25/A700 Mk17/A700 and MK11/S600 (the 600 is really a 555 body with the full set of new S600 guts - metal barrel and external adjuster etc).

When i service them they are all set to crack at 1.1 on the magnehelic. In the water, I can't tell you which is better as they're nearly identical in performance.

I have never felt "jaw fatigue" with any of them. Maybe jaw fatigue is a function of biting too hard on the mouthpiece.
